Option to mine regular ore blocks

The newest snapshot changes mining so that mining a smeltable ore (copper, gold, and iron) will give a raw item variant of it instead of the ore block. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of this change, but I can see why people like it since it would remove inventory clutter. But for the people who prefer the old method, I would like if there was a world option to change between mining ore blocks and mining raw ore, and for the former another option to fuse deepslate ore items into the regular ore in the inventory.
