Different enchantments effect textures

Based on what enchantment you have on an item, the texture will be effected. For example, fire aspect could add a small fire effect at the edge of a sword. This would work on enchanted books as well. Each enchanted book would have a different texture depending on the enchantment. This would help players know what enchantment each of their weapons have at a glance without having to hover over the item.
