MC Dungeons Character / Progress Sync Between Platforms

Having purchased MC Dungeons on both Windows 10 and Nintendo Switch, it would be great if I could play the same character and have both the character and progress sync'd between the platforms. This seems like a basic feature given I am logged in with the same Microsoft account on both platforms and that my character, skins, packs and dlc are sync'd on my Microsoft account for Minecraft.
