Enchanter illanger

Simply add the enchanter illanger from Minecraft dungeons it would be just like the one from dungeons with max health of 20 and being able to give buffs to hostile mobs it would spawn in woodland mansions and sometimes in raids they would basically function the same as the one in dungeons.

They their attacks would be enchanting other mobs and using their book to attack you just like in MCD.

The Enchanters could drop the Enchanters Tome artifact from MCD, which could let you use enchantments like the Enchanter can.
