Make the broken heart (💔) emoji appear as a half-heart in-game

Make the "broken heart" (💔) symbol appear as a half-heart, with the in-game font. This would be very useful for map and datapack-makers as you can easily display health in a visually pleasing way that is similar to the health-bar above the player's hotbar.
