Toggleable skin-change and “joined the game” messages

I think it would be really good if you could use /gamerule to toggle the messages that display in chat when someone joins the world or realm that your are in, and to toggle the messages that display when you change your skin in Bedrock edition. This would be great because I think it’s kind of annoying to tell everyone in the world that you just changed your skin or joined the game, and /gamerule can already toggle death messages, so I think this would not be too hard to add.
