Make setting max players to 30, not a cheat!

Allow players to set max players to 30 without turning cheats on!

At this point in time, setting max players to 30 or any amount other than 8 in survival is a cheat. I find this incredibly frustrating as alot of players like myself have many friends who would like to join their survival worlds but can't because of the 8 player maximum. 

I know this much requested by the community and would love to see this. Thankyou to anyone who votes!
