Make witches can use lingering potions

Witches can use any kind of potions (normal and splash) except lingering potions, so witches being able to use lingering potions would be more challenging and consistent

    It should at least be possible with commands like /summon.

    You can Either just make witches use Lingering potions or do research and see that Minecraft earth Has Viler Witch that does that. But it is still a great idea, I just think it should say something about the Viler Witch.
