please consider very much needed and would be appreciated by many players

Hi Developers of minecraft,

 

I am a complete fan of the game but would like to suggest that you develop the mods for bedrock by allowing mods to be able to download without a specific world as this creates a limit on the fun as cannot use in my own world.

I respect it is an ask but being such great designers I am sure you can achieve this which in turn would benefit lots of players.

this would be a seriously beneficial upgrade to the game if you did do this.
