Cicadas & Their Shells

Cicadas are amazing Insects. Plus they sound so beautiful to me. Nature's music. Theyd be great for Ambient sounds. But particularly their lifecycle is interesting. They spend the first half of their life underground before digging themselves up and going to go through metamorphosis on tree branches. Then they leave their shells and go off to be adults.(which they don't live for very long as) It would be interesting to see this happen in some way that could be beneficial to the player. Maybe cicada shells can be used for potion making. Or an interesting one, Cicada Armour.(not very strong but easy to acquire early game) There are many possibilities with cicadas usages. Anyways that's my suggestion for Cicadas that goes hand in hand with my Entomologist Suggestion.
