Cliff Rider / Rideable Goats

My vision for the upcoming caves & cliffs update which in my opinion neglects the mountain update that was also requested by players, is to add the feature for goats to be rideable not necessarily by players but rather taiga villagers, traders that spawn in snowy areas or a new mini-boss I call the "Cliff Rider" that implicates the illusioner riding on a three-headed goat (as shown in the picture). This is of course only a concept, but it will be nice to add a secret mob like this to divert attention to the "cliffs" part of the update.
