Aquatic NPCs

With the addition of Piglins in the Nether as another intelligent and organized society (like the villagers), I feel like another space that could use an equivalent is the ocean. What if there was a race of humanoid fish-people, similar to the Sahuagin from Dungeons and Dragons? Probably similarly territorial to the Piglins, but a little smarter and able to trade, to differentiate them. This idea is still a blank slate for the most part as I haven't thought too much about what kind of structures they would inhabit, their behavior, or anything like that. Spit-balling ideas for one of my favorite games is just something I enjoy doing, haha.

  It should also include an aquatic helmet crafted with iron and glass so you can breathe underwater for ten minutes and houses with o² inside. And water golems instead of iron
