@m entity selector for 21w15a marker entities

Markers created to fit map creator needs. Why do @e[type=marker,...] literally every time, if you can write just @m[...]?

    To add to this, this would likely improve performance for target selection since, rather than check what might be a large list of entities, the server would only have to check what is likely a much smaller list of marker entities, like when you use @a or @p.
