Bats should be able to scare away undead, especially in large numbers.

 

Bats should be able to scare away undead and will dive bomb them like a phantom to annoy them to death. So if you see a bat or an entire colony of them, you can feel a little less nervous knowing they are helping keep the world safe from the deadites. This would also give bats more of a reason to be welcomed when seen. They are the furry crusaders of the caves.

    Why obligatoroly undead, I don't think that Bats hit them free.
