Conditional command blocks pick up on weather things are true or false, which is very useful and great until a few commands come along that aren't always a true or false. for example, the /clear command. it has 3 possible states, 1 true - items were cleared from the players inventory, 2 false - items could not be cleared last and definite most annoying. 3 kind of? - we were able to clear 32 diamonds from players inventory even though you specified 45, but since we were able to clear something i count that as a win? and this outputs as true... so i propose if the clear command is not able to clear all the items that you specify it wont run the command at all, or alternatively have it output at false if it only clears some.
