Bug tracker has no method of responding
When a bug is reported in the bug tracker, there's no official method of response. Typically, a moderator will make a response and set the ticket to resolved. And this then ends the ticket.
If you then hover over the word RESOLVED, it claims that it is "awaiting verification by reporter." However, there is no method of responding to that, whether to reopen or to close the ticket!
Commenting on a resolved ticket is useless, EVEN IF you were the one who opened it. This is probably because the moderators ignore comments once the ticket is marked resolved. (Although, occasionally they will tell commenters that it's not a feedback site.)
