way to turn off ender dragon

when i tried to wummon the ender drago nwith command block i accidentlly put the command block on repeat mode, when i shut it off there was alot of ender dragons, i tried to kill them but there was to many, so i use the command kill @e and it started to kill them but then it kicked me out of minecraft, now every time i try to get inside my world it's just kick me out of minecraft over and over again, and i don't have what to do with that, so i'v got the idea of making something in the settings of the world so i will be able to "turn off" the ender dragon and this way all off them will just disappear and i would be able to get inside my world.

(i'm pretty sure that's not happend just to me)
