Add command to generate a specific structure in Creative Mode

The idea is to add a command such as /Generate or /Build (structure name) in Creative Mode, so that you can place any type of already existing structure such as Ocean Monuments, Jungle Temples, Towns, Pillager Outposts, Witch Huts, etc. wherever you want them. This would save creators a lot of time and headaches while still keeping the right appearance of structures, as well as allowing specific mobs to spawn normally on the new structure as if it were a naturally generated location (e.g., pillagers in outposts and guardians in ocean monuments).

    Using Structure Blocks and (sometimes) Jigsaw blocks you can already sort of do this... it's just a little more complicated.
