When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Travel

I would love to see an update with new and cheap ways to travel in minecraft. That would be for example minecart chains (minecarts to connect), a furnace minecart revamp and wooden rails which break after you use them 10 times or so. It would also be nice to be able to enchant boats, rails and minecarts with lava resistance, armory for boats and minecarts (more hp) and nap time (the ability to sleep in a minecart or boat). Maybe flying carpets could be found in desert temple chests and many more...

    maybe to not have overpowerd magic carpets you could make it so that they only work while on top of sand so they would be useful to cross the desert but not to lag an entire server
