Give deepslate ores a top texture

Deepslate ores blend well with deepslate when it is found on walls, but since the addition of a top texture to the deepslate blocks, without that same addition being made to the deepslate ores, the ores don't blend with deepslate when they are found in the floor or the ceiling.
