The evened out update should get all of Java edition’s best features and set them in to bedrock edition and then vice versa! This update would help the community a lot and for example, Java edition can enchant any item but on bedrock edition you can’t. Java edition would most likely like colored water and more pushable blocks (with pistons)! And bedrock would like to be able to give a potato sharpness 5 (I know I would!) and this update could also add small changes into the game like half redstone blocks, more shields, and maybe more dog types! In short, I love minecraft but Java edition has some amazing features but those features aren’t in bedrock, and bedrock edition has a few great features but Java edition doesn’t have those. This update might let bedrock edition get more love! And something I would love to see is Xbox snapshots! On Java edition, the snapshots let you go to older PC versions but Xbox snapshots would let you go back to older Xbox versions from Minecraft Xbox one edition and maybe Minecraft 360 edition! I really hope this is the next update!
