v1 Villagers available with commands

V1 villager spawn eggs, and V1 zombie villager spawn eggs are available through commands, but the v1 villager gets killed instantly. There should be tag for summoning villagers, which would just be something like Istype1, which decides if it will die instantly and turn into a new villager. that way we could have em in our maps, or mod them to generate naturally.
