Remove Enchantment Shimmer

I really like how unenchanted netherite looks, it would be nice if there was an option to turn off the visual enchantment effect, or at least have a unique effect for the best armor in the game, it could possibly look like crying obsidian, or gilded blackstone, something more nether-y. I just feel like the netherite armor isn’t appreciated because you can barely see it, unlike lighter colored armors, it’s almost solid purple, which is cool in its own right but I’d still love the option. It could be an option for the whole server, and if enabled, people could then individually decide if the want the effect.
