Enderman griefing prevention

Problem: Enderman can reach even your most secure places to grief your garden.
Currently the only possible way to protect your builds is to A) Not use blocks endermen can move, B) light ever conceivable block from surface to cave, C) Make a gap too large for endermen to tp over and have your side lit. None of these are reasonable solutions.

Possible Solution A: Make it so endermen can only pickup/place blocks when in light level 7 or lower.
Possible Solution B: Make it so enderman avoid tping to lit blocks.
Possible Solution C: Add a mob griefing gamerule specificaly for endermen.

    In the meantime, try to get by with datapacks?

    There is one on vanillatweaks.net, Its what they use on hermitcraft.

    Solution A sounds like the best since it prevents griefing where you don't want griefing to happen. Another thing I think might be good is if enderman only do their block griefing behavior if they're within a certain distance from the player. The thing is unlike other mobs like creeper, where the creeper explosion is caused by the player and the player sees it happen, an enderman could grief you build from 128 block away and you don't notice it happened until much later when the enderman isn't there anymore.

    I want the solution C and A at the same time.
    I want to let mobgriefing at true but because of endermans, i put it to no...

    Another Idea I had in mind is to add a talisman or something to prevent enderman griefing in a certain radious, like the lightning rod for lightnings
