American bison and coyote

The bison would be a larger variant of the cow, it would live in the badlands and they would appear in herds of 10 to 15 bison, they would be neutral and would attack you if you attack a baby, but if you attack them they would flee from you, also if you attack one all the herd would flee, they could breed with wheat and drop more meat and leather than a cow, by fleeing the herd would cause damage to any mob that crossed and the coyotes would hunt them and flee from them.
The coyotes would attack the bison to eat making them flee, they would run very fast and also hunt rabbits and chickens.
