A perfect horse is considered to have the most amount of health, speed and jump height obtainable in survival minecraft. I suggest that if you breed horses with 1 enchanted apple per horse, a perfect horse is born. This idea is good because you still have to worry about making the horse survive, and it's a way to add a real use to enchanted apples.
