Allow use of custom skins offline

I think it would be nice to have the option to play with your custom skins offline and not be stuck with the default Alex

    I agree, let us save ANY custom skin off-line or online instead of default Steve or Alex that we're now stuck with.

    YES... especially useful when playing on Switch.

    There is now skin reporting, and players can abuse the reported skins by simply going offline.
