(Bedrock parity) 25% chance to spawn a kitten.

I want the Java Edition to spawn kittens with a 25% chance like the Bedrock Edition.

The Java Edition doesn't have the stray kitten's natural spawn in survival mode, and only the summon command or spawn egg can spawn stray kittens

Therefore, there is an unfairness between Java Edition, which can't be naturally spawned in survival mode, and Bedrock Edition, which can be naturally spawned in survival mode..

Therefore, I want the Java Edition specifications to be the same as the Bedrock Edition. Even in the Java Edition, I think it will be fun if the kitten spawns naturally.

    You can tame these stray kittens and feed them to grow them up.
