/Randomize Output Command

/Randomize 

What is it simple its a command that gives a random output for example

/Randomize 75 Redstone

The 75 being the change and the Redstone being the Redstone output you could also replace this with Command and put the command after it so for example

/Randomize 75 Command give @p diamond_pickaxe
