Regional Pricing for Java Edition scaled to Windows 10 Edition Pricing

To get it out of the way, the official price for Java is 27 dollars and the same for windows 10 is 30 dollars. However, this is a pricing based on the US market, which does not scale well with other regions. The thing is, there are differences in various regions regarding what price is acceptable for the customers.
My proposal is not to blindly reduce the price for each region, but to scale is with respect to the price of the Windows 10 edition on the Windows Store.

For example, in India, the price of Windows 10 edition is approx. 20 dollars, so maybe scale it down to around 19 dollars here? You get the idea. You see, for us, this is a much less stressful price. Thanks a lot!

  In Argentina is even less proportioned: The Microsoft Windows 10 is valued at roughly 2 dollars, but the Minecraft Java Edition is 26.97 USD + a 65% (!!!!) tax because local regulation.

  I know it's not Mojang problem whatever is happening in my country, BUT, the same game but in a different version is OFFICIALLY being sold by less than 10%!
