Scattered Savanna Plateau Height Increase

In some of the latest betas, bedrock edition has seen the addition of the new mountains, which can reach up to Y 256. At the moment, bedrock's shattered savanna playeau only reaches at about Y 128. Now is the time to raise the Shattered Savanna Plateau to the same height that Java edition's equivalent biome can spawn at.
