Dripstone shouldn't generate in regular caves

The new dripstone is an amazing unique block and biome, however, with this new snapshot you don't have to travel or explore to find dripstone. This removes that unique experience of biome a bit as well as causes confusion of whether or not you are actually in a dripstone biome. Dripstone is a great resource for renewable water and lava, and should require a bit more work to find so its not exploited so easily. Plus it just looks out of place when there's only a couple blocks scattered around.

  keep the extra block biome dependent
