I've been playing since the official 1.2.5, but I am not sure what these are. Were these from Beta or were they a thing that I never used/saw?

im not gonna question it there is a demo in minecraft before you buy the actual game with a tutorial inside and there's also countless youtube videos explaining the whole game step by step

Points you should probably bring up/copy and paste as I was about to post this which I wrote a while ago:

Tutorial worlds in the console versions of Minecraft were highly enjoyable not only as a playground for testing out skills and learning game mechanics you'll need at some point such as crafting recipies,  using brewing potions and flying with Elytras but also in terms of looking at all the different structures placed there. These structures were grand, not only in terms of size but also in secrets and were wonderful for getting ideas for your own builds. It would be absolutely fantastic if these returned at least in concept in case you need a refresher on something you may have forgotten.

I agree in bringing back the tutorial worlds. The game, to me, doesn't set new or returning players up for success without aid of external guides.

Tutorial worlds gave new or returning players a space to learn and use new features from an update, but also features which have changed since last playing and to become exposed to all of the key features of minecraft in an interactive manner. When I was a new player on Console editions, the pop-up dialogue tutorials and all the necessary resources being nearby allowed me to experiment with brewing, trading, Redstone, building a nether portal, and other features that are considered mid or late game.
The builds that the developers make in these worlds can also inspire builds that players may attempt in their own survival world.

An example of a feature that many players use, but is not fundamentally taught in-game, is building a nether portal. Currently, new players need to explore a world and find a broken nether portal and deduce the basic shape of the portal, that there are other dimensions, that gold is important/common in said dimension, and that the portal must be lit with an included flint and steel.
To figure out all these things seems less likely than said new player thinking, "this is a weird and cool structure." This will probably lead the player to find external tutorials on the nether portal. A tutorial world can solve this issue by having a tutorial for players to learn in-game.

    These are my thoughts anyways.

I personally would really just love to have access to the tutorial world for the Xbox. It doesnt have to be for the use of knowing how to play the game since I see a lot of people in the comments say people could just use youtube to learn. But because I love how it is set up and I feel the same about the holiday worlds. It'd be nice if they could be put in the marketplace for download or allow in the newly updated servers. I used to love using these worlds to play in, also the mini games as well!!

Yes I miss these so much if I want to play one I either have to find a world download online or have to load up the old Xbox 360.

This would really help people understand each update as they released and what they did. I can already imagine what a Nether update tutorial world and Deep dark tutorial would look like. I think it would've been a sick intro to netherite, on top of that I think its perfect for exploration and gives players a simplistic way to enjoy the new features and admire builds from creators. Since 4J is gone doing this would make their legacy respected.
