mods in launcher

i enjoy using modded versions of minecraft and hopefully others do to . i have one problem though , when i try to get these mods i have to dodge a lot of viruses etc . i think you should add a page in the launcher where people can submit safe links for mods . it would be great if this was added as it would make getting mods much easier than before and would get more people in to the modding community .

  Mojang is famous for being well connected with their community and a mods section in the launcher would cement a bond between the devs and the Modders.

  There is a problem with that Mojang could also arbitrarily/accidentally not put some mods, plus there are some mods that could not be (ex. Pixelmon, Nintendo is still suing this kind of stuff)
