Change position of sculk sensor in head slot

When equipped in the head slot, the sculk sensor should be moved higher up than other blocks so that it looks like weird hair/a growth. This type of thing has been done with other blocks such as banners and end rods, and more of these types of easter eggs would be cool.

Edit: the lightning rod should also be moved up to look like an antenna.
