My idea For Phantoms to Change their Gameplay but doesnt changes any of their stats or looks
this idea is mostly to balance a bit more the game from the fact that phantoms are quite painful and annoying since the fact that some players or mostly speedrunners doesnt sleep through the night which phantoms spawns alot when a player doesnt sleep for a long time
But my idea will make phantoms a bit more balanced
My idea for phantoms Is for them for being Them
what do i mean? well since 1.17 caves and cliffs update ive been thinking honestly, since its a cliffs update it means that the height limit increases and the mountains and cliffs will get more taller and bigger than before and will turn more attractive same for caves but what i thinked of also, since theirs no new hostiles mobs on the mountains or highgrounds why not use the phantom? since mostly flying mobs will suit for high grounds and mostly phantoms are undead and hostile
and from this im not saying for phantoms to only spawn at mountains or cliffs, from what im saying is for phantoms to have "Y spawn limits" mostly this idea is to limit the phantoms from spawning too naturally, and this idea will only allows phantoms to spawn on certain y position for example when a player reaches y120 phantoms will start spawning and the "phantom sleeping problem" will stack even your below or on y120 and phantoms will still chase you even your outside or below y120, mostly this might be more senseful tho ngl
