A command that allows custome mobs

Add a command that allows custom mobs and albilitys even the most weakest things could make a huge ability to the player

    I wanted to make a datapack that added sharks to the game, however, making them act like sharks was impossible as it is currently impossible to customize the behavior of mobs. Aside from that, and making said mobs spawn naturally in the world, you can just use /summon.
