Fix /gametest command immeaditly!

I own a realm and since yesterday /gametest is a threat to all realm owners! Anyone who joins even without op can do /gametest runall and destroy everything! it would have been fine with /gametest clearall command but when you run it it still leaves dirt this is very destructive mojang please fix it!!!!!!
