Capes open to all should be unicolourous

If you are ever going to give capes to everyone in java edition, please make them not have patterns. Everyone having exactly same cape would be unimaginative. Instead make capes unicolourous possibly avaible in multiple colours so it would be easier to get skins and capes to match with each other easier.
