Inline Code Spans

If the feedback website allowed for inline code spans like these, it would allow for much clearer communication especially on the commands category of the website.

While I understand that the team is against adding additional formatting styles due to the possibility of misuse, this prevents ideas from being communicated clearly especially on the commands category of the website.

Currently posts have to make do with bold or something like that:

This is already possible using "/execute if score." Try the following command:
execute if score @p test matches @p test

I appreciate the team adding the possibility to include preformatted text blocks (seen above in the blockquote) but inline code spans are needed to make communication about Minecraft commands much clearer.

Yep, would love to see this. Additionally I would like to see superscript and tables be added. Numbered lists only seem to be available for comments, so I would like to see that available for posts as well.

I do just want to ask how you managed to write inline code in your post, in the first sentence it says `like these` in a code block
