Hostile mob sound echos from a distance (ghasts and withers)

Ghast sounds should be more faint and echo when far away, they always sound really close regardless of distance. You can hear a ghast echo in the track Concrete Halls which really makes the nether more emerssive seeing as its a very big mob. Same for the Wither as it is big and very dangerous so you should be able to hear it from a distance. You can hear it spawn from anywhere but hardly hear it normally from 20 blocks away.
