It is a baby necromancer (it could look like the Minecraft Dungeons necromancer, or something else, but it should be undead.), and it rides a saddled piglet. It summons baby zombie jockeys most often, it sometimes summons a spider jockey. It has an extremely rare chance of summoning 4 skeleton horsemen, but it can do this only once. That chance is slightly increased during thunderstorms. It's other attack is it shoots a fireball that has blue cracks instead of orange. The fireball explodes and has soul fire particles, but it only creates fire on blocks that can have soul fire on them. It rarely spawns with a Jockey Horn that makes all nearby mobs want to be a jockey, if they can be.When a mob wants to be a jockey, it acts like baby zombies that want to be jockeys, but they mount the mobs that they usually mount. Skeletons that mount skeleton horses have their bows enchanted, if they aren't enchanted already, and they also gain enchanted iron helmets, if they don't already have a helmet. The Necromancer Jockey can drop the Jockey Horn if it has one. The Necromancer Jockey has 30 health. It's piglet cannot be killed while it is alive. When killed, it drops 10 XP, and it's piglet is the only way to get a saddled piglet without commands. It could have a different drop, but that's just my idea.
It spawns in biomes where pigs spawn during thunderstorms in the night.
