Bedrock Realms Sugestions

Hello everybody! I have Realms Plus on Bedrock for about 6 Months, I play with a small community every single day, and every single day we talk about things that could be added as options in Server's Realms, for owners and admins, here we go (i'm sorry for any English mistake):
1- Turn available a Log in List: A list that allows Owners and admins of the Realms to see who logged in, the time and day that happened. This will turn life easier for those who play with unknown people and helps to identify possibles Trolls when something is going wrong on the Server.
2- If possible turn available Owners to chose in Realm's config what Textures is mandatory the download before join the Server. This will help people who don't want play with determined Texture Pack and permit they choosing your own Texture Pack on Realms. This because Realms fail sometimes when you are putting your own Texture Pack before/out Realm's config. Sometimes you put some  Texture before/out Realm's config and it doesn't work in game on Realm's Server, or at least as Owner I witnessed such a fact.
3 and last- Better performs/dedication on Realm's Server, over and over again my Realm's Server start to drag and lag when players are far away from each other.
