More additions and improvements to the character creator

Hi there Mojang!

I'm a Bedrock players who plays on Mobile, and about to migrate to the Nintendo Switch, and I believe there should be some new things and changes to the Character Creator.

First up, changes to choosing colors.  There is limited colors you can choose from in the Character Creator, so there should be improvements and changes to choosing colors.  For example, you can choose the color you want, then you can adjust it's brightness, saturation, and contrast, so you can choose a color that would really fit your character.

Next, special cosmetics.  Sure, servers have special cosmetics that you can purchase, but what if you equip those special cosmetics wherever?  You can create these special cosmetics Mojang, such as special pets that will always follow you around (not similar to how dogs and cats follow the player), or particles that can go around your character as you walk (only visible to you through third-person and other players, not first-person).

Next, purchasable capes.  We know capes can be collected for your character if you purchase a skin pack that contains one, but what about purchasing capes?  The Minecraft community, including you Mojang, can send these cool cape designs that can be added to the Character Creator, and can be purchased with real money or Minecoims, using the same rarity system as always.
