Attack Speed in Bedrock Edition

I think that Bedrock Edition should have attack speed on tools and weapons.  I feel that this is very unfair that people on bedrock can mash the left mouse button to their heart's content without anything bad.  Now I am a proud Java Edition gamer and it's just downright annoying when I see YouTubers on Bedrock Edition mashing the left mouse button.  I mean seriously did Bedrock Edition even get 1.9??  And while Bedrock players might be enraged if they added this, it would be completely fair, and would stop them from having 1.8 combat.

    Yes we 100% need that because I play on bedrock and my friends are on Java and they say axes are better but they have slower attack speed and I’ve got no idea what there saying.

    Maybe it could be a toggleable option for each player, except axes would have the same attack speed as swords, and do the same damage per second as spamming a sword.
