Re-enchanter

A new mob/merchant that with enough offerings can re-enchant your items to more enchantement slots and more appropriate enchantments regarding your level. Of course there will be a twist where your item could be destroyed. (Offerings could be gold, emeralds, herbs? and more). He (or she) could be nomad that could only be found (and exchanged with) in levels just walking around. Watch out if startled, he/she will disappear in a cloud of purple mist and will either reappear elsewhere in the level or will simply just disappear.
