(Java & Bedrock) Snow precipitation command

Just like the /weather command there can be a new function for it to snow along with thunderstorm and rain (/weather snow). Or if this can be a separate command as such: /togglesnow [x=,y=,z=,r=].

Along with this command addition, this can solve a lot of player issues when map-making with snow elements, making processes like this exceptionally easier.

    yes Please! I wanted something like this for a long time! And when I'm in creative filling land with snow, cause I love snow, It's tiring making snow golems, that die easily, they don't even put snow on grass or flowers. And it's annoying how snow keeps melting, I've been longing for this.
