Hey,
I've got an idea for method that would make transferring between servers much easier. Best solution would be command. Here's syntax:
/transfer <target> <server: string> <port: int>
Target can be used to give command blocks ability to execute this command.
Logically, only OPs and command blocks would have ability to transfer someone else than themselves.
