An F3+ key combination to reload lighting in loaded chunks

When you uptade your minecraft world to a snapshot, or sometimes even a full release, you probably going to find a few unnaturally dark spots (also reffered to as "lighting glitches") in your world.

These usually occur in places that are occupied by stairs or slabs, and vanish when you update the lighting (changing the light level) of the block at their location.

The problem with these dark spots is that you have to go around in your world and manually clean the up, which takes quite some time if your builds are using a lot of slabs and stairs.

My solution to this problem would be to add an F3+<key> key combination that reloads/updates the lighting in the player's render distance, similarly how F3+A reloads chunks.

This way we could just clean up all lighting glitches with the press of a button, and not worry about going around, and mannually cleaning them up every time.

    If you go to optimize world and click the erase data and cache box it seems to fix any lighting bugs.

    How does one go about this if I use a server I manage myself? Where is this optimize button? Seems hard to find. I needed to use Amulet editor and all the time it produces lighting glitches! I can only get the dark to go away for the most part applying blocks of lanterns but this is getting tedious!
