Importing Minecraft skins, texture packs, worlds, etc into consoles

So many people don't use the marketplace, including me because the texture packs online are far from better than the ones on the marketplace. So, I think there should be a button in settings that says "import packs" or something along those lines. It gives you a link, and you drag and drop the files into the website it took you to. Then, it sends it to the console so you can use the world, skin, texture pack, etc on your console.
